The Villas and "Are Tuoro" Studio

Each self servicing-self catering Villa has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and Full Kitchen. Facilities include a dishwasher, telephone,a shared guests barbeque and outdoor oven in the garden, Music Centre,TV,a great movie selection and WiFi is available.

The fully self-contained villas are both very spacious (approx 90m2), each with a large verandah for outdoor living, whatever the weather. From there you can supervise the children in the pool.

Our water is UV treated and filtered and perfectly safe for drinking.

All Villas have roof overlaps and screened windows to provide good airflow and to ensure privacy.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are designed with the Tropics in mind. Master bedrooms are air conditioned, with fans circulating a cool breeze constantly, all windows and ranch sliders are screened, The showers are roomy with a plentiful water supply.

Bedding options are variable in either King, Super King & 1 single or King and 3 singles.

A walk-in wardrobe with its own ventilation provides ample storage space and houses a safe for your valuables.

The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a gas cooker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The large living room features comfortable seating areas for TV viewing, reading and relaxing.

There is a large top loader washing machine too.

The verandah is spacious and perfect for outdoor dining while sheltered from sun and rain. You can enjoy brilliant views over the swimming pool, lagoon, and ocean, with spectacular Whale Watching during the Humpback whale season.

The stunning saltwater infinity pool is designed with the serious swimmer in mind, it is 1.6 m deep and 16m long. From the pool you have a beautiful view overlooking the lagoon and ocean,you might even spot whales!.

Each Villa also has a private rear courtyard garden,with a washing line.

With just two Villas onsite,Blackrock Villas are perfect for a relaxing holiday without the bustle of the busy Resorts,why not get a group together and book both Villas and have your own Exclusive Boutique Resort! Villa Rates(seasonal) from $315 to $350 per night (2 people),extra person $50.00 per night.

A new addition to the site is “ARE-TUORO”,a modern, well equipped Studio,although compact in size(57m2 roof area) offers great views, air conditioning,outdoor gourmet kitchen,ideal for budget minded singles or couples,quite separate from the Villas,but pool,courtesy car and facilities of the Villas are not available to Studio guests. Studio Rate $150 per night (max 2 people)
